The hotel has a Japanese-style with high ceilings and a perfect king-size bed. The staff is extremely helpful. The only drawback is that it can get noisy due to the electric power supply, but everything else is great. The curtains are quite see-through, which could be bothersome at night. It's located right above a school.

The staff was really nice and helpful, especially during these challenging times. They were great at providing necessary items and promptly helped with replenishing bedsheets and towels. I even had a shirt I left behind, and they found it for me.

The location is perfect right inside the walls of Chiang Mai. Many attractions are within walking distance, including the Saturday and Sunday walking street markets. However, it's a bit far from other markets. You can also wash your clothes conveniently at a property next door for a small fee.

The dining experience was a nice touch, especially for mornings when I preferred not to venture out early. However, the organization seemed a bit haphazard, and there were limited options that didn't consider dietary needs like being diabetic.

I couldn't be happier with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean, though a bit dark, and the patio view was a bit noisy because of the electric power supply. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff offering tours and helpful information about Chiang Mai. The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the Sunday night market and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The dining experience was overall very good, with varied options, even though it lacked some organization. All in all, a great value for the price.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with good air conditioning and a fridge. The staff was always friendly and helpful, especially Jan who went out of their way to assist me. The location was perfect, close to the bustling markets and delicious restaurants. However, the dining options were not ideal for someone with dietary restrictions. Overall, a great value for money.
